Never take matrix tracking device they will humiliate you

After I had requested a cancellation and was quoted 2000 cancellation fee which I had made arrangements to pay in installments

I received a call from matrix and now the are charging me a different cancellation feel and they still want me to pay the monthly subscription fee for 36 weeks they say they can’t do anything with a used tracking device tell me how when I have told them I no longer have the car and not working at the moment.

I have been in distress ever since I am expected to continue paying for services and cancellation fee please make it make sense Matrix

When I signed up there was no written contract sent to me I will be taking thing to the ombudsman I will not be bul**** when I have communicated Matrix you are abusing your consumers and you are fair I would never recommend you to anyone nevvvveeeer days you people are horrible and your agents worded customer service ever
