Never install anything from this company into your car

I can't get any help from this company. I sell my car in December 2022 the one with the tracker device in. I inform them that I am going to buy a new car and I want the tracker device install in my new car. They inform me that they can't take it out they going to install a new 1 in my new car. They phone me in January 2023 and asked me to arange a date so the new tracker can be installed. Tbey also inform me that my account will be putting on hold until the new device is in installed in my new car. Al they do as from January is keep on phoning me to tell that my account is in arrears.. ehen I try to speak to them when they phone me they hung up. Very rude to me. Now up to date they send me a demanding letter that I have only 30 days to make payment bur they did not say anything about my new tŕacker device. They also threaten me that they will send all my info to the credit buro. But still not nithing about my tracker that I was asking to been installed in my new car. I receive sms's to the amount of R63.00 but the demanding letter is R360.00.

If only I new about this companies **** I won't install anything from them in my car or in my wheelbarrow. So people please make sure or look for some other company that also do tracker deviced. Please not this company. Think twice
