Never ever use this company

The level of hate I have for this company is beyond me I signed a contract with this company in 2021 March In April when they debited there amount they sent me a message saying my device is not operating and I need to take to there warehouse.I just saw from that point that this is going to give me a headache..I sent them an email telling them to cancel my device since it's not working...in June I had to change banks for some personal reasons and left the bank I was with so they could not debt anymore... Months went by and started to get emails that I am owing R600 to mix telematics Sent an email again asking how am I owing a device that never worked in the first place and no response..to keep the long story short I am on credit buro at this point in time and cannot do anything anymore Naw I am owing R3853 I wanna pay the full amount..but judging by the reviews I don't know if I pay them they might send me a message saying I didn't pay This company needs to be investigated
