Hellopeter. I want to make a complain and get assisted about the car tracking device company called Mix telematics matrix. They are abusing me, the consulant who first called me from their side **** to me. I said I already have the tracking device with netstar and she said to me they are the same company they just want to renew the device in my vehicle and I should take my car for fitting this updated device, I did that under the impression that it' a renewal of the old device that I have. Only to find out that it's a new contract with them and I never agree to take their tracking device, I have made cancellations and I spoke to their agents over the phone many times trying to explaing and ask them to cancell and clear my name, they are not doing that instead they have listed me under debt review, they want me to pay them R2004 for what?

After I sent them the cancellation mail they said I must pay the settliment amount of R1200, and they have debited R120 on my bank that is when I realised that these people are the new company.

I need your help please I feel they are abusing me because they **** to me. Now I get calls from their collectors and I try to explain the story they keep on phoning me and my name is listed on debt review, please assist.
