My vehicle was not recovered 😑 😒

This car tracker is risky to use guys especially if you dont have insurance on your vehicle. I actually lost my car on the 9th of September and is not recovered yet, I asked them if they don't recover my what are they offering back as return like other tracker company and they saying there is nothing to give back to a client. If you using matrix please change it now and change it to something better because even their panick button are not working, You can even press it now to check. Change this company then you will thank me later.
