My credit score keeps going down because of Matrix's missed payments which I've never missed
I have been with Matrix mix telematics from 2017, I have never missed a single payment but on my credit record it reflects 2 missing payments for this year alone.
I have called the customer care to inquire about missing payments but the consultant assured me I've never missed a payment and they will investigate on their side. Till this day I am still waiting for investigation and my credit score keeps going down.
