Hi Peter. I had a car tracker with matrix. I never ever received a contract from them. So I could not cancel my contract with them. I had to pu a stop order on my banking detail for them to contact me. They never ever contact me if if I were driving out of town to see if the bike wS ****** or not. I sold the bike for more than two years now. When I told them to cancel the contract but to no avail. Now I have to learn that they hand me over. What a nice company they are Please help me
