I have been with iMatrix for almost two years, and unfortunately the service has been extremely disappointing. Communication is virtually nonexistent – phone calls and emails go unanswered, making it nearly impossible to get assistance when needed.

I recently sold my vehicle and requested that my contract be cancelled. Despite notifying the company, a deduction was still made from my account, and I have yet to receive any response regarding my cancellation request.

I would not recommend iMatrix based on my experience. The lack of customer service and failure to process a cancellation request promptly is unacceptable. I urgently require confirmation that my contract has been cancelled and that no further deductions will be made from my account.
