Good day Please do not use Matrix as I am now waiting more than 3 months for a refund, I was prommised such on 27 June 2025 it is now 30 June and no refund for double payment that was deducted off my account for more than 3 years. You get a phone coll stating payment was loaded, then you wait for payment with no luck. You phone in with no explanation of why it wasnt done only to here they will look into the matter........ WAW POOR SERVICE I WOULD SAY
