I sold my cars so I have been trying to cancel they said I need to pay for certain amount and send proof I did pay and send proof it's been 4 months now doing the same thing over and over I proof of payments. They don't even respond to my emails but when is time for billing they send threatening emails telling me they will send me to credit advicers lawyers and what'so ever but failing to do simple request I really need help.
