MOST USELESS SERVICE AND DEDUCTING DEBIT ORDERS WHERE UNITS HAVE ALREADY BEEN REMOVED!!!

Business should totally be avoided with this company. We have cancelled our units months ago and it has been removed and they are still charging us for it. Whenever we phone to query it there is always a different excuse and apparently it takes months for a credit to be issued. They are still deducting the money from our business account no matter how many times you try and contact them to sort it out. You can never speak to the CEO or managers and your queries never get resolved. Most useless business and I suggest to NEVER make use of them. We have received much better service from Tracker. We are battling to cancel our debit orders as they don't do anything from their side and all units have been removed from our vehicles for over 5 months now and they are still charging us. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!
