Most useless customer care experience
worst company to get a car tracker from. I have since sent through an email for cancellation in August and I am still getting debited. No customer care calls are being answered. I’m now left with the option of reversing and cancelling their debit order. Be warned. I am still trying to get this cancelled since I don’t have the vehicle they installed the tracker on.
