Most *********** accounts administration

This company is still debiting my bank account even thought I paid the cancellation fee in April 2020. Last month I spent 20 minutes on the phone with a consultant who eventually confirmed that they had received my cancellation fee, and that the debit orders would stop immediately and I would be refunded for the ******* debit orders. The debit orders have continued.... I contacted them AGAIN today and I was told that I have to pay a cancellation fee. Frustrating....and what a pathetic accounts administration system they must have.
