MixTelemtics Minus 10
This is a case of Rotten Tomatoes and rotten to the core. There should be a score showing minuses. This company deserves -10. Minus 10 !!
A few weeks ago I complained through Hello Peter about the shoddy service of MixTelematics. I have been a paying client for many years. I was promised the world from the Debtors Supervisor but to no avail. They, Mixtelematics, have now tarnished my Credit Score. The same Debtors Supervisor said that they would rectify the situation. Nothing to date. I finally realised that the relationship is at a deadlock and gave a months' notice wef 01Sept22 This is the reply I received from the Debtors Supervisor: But I believe that I personally and as a company assisted enough and also attended to everything you have ever asked for but unfortunately nothing was ever good enough for you regardless of the assistance offered , you were never happy.
Seriously! Assisted enough?! Untrue. Nothing was done and there was no result. My account is still incorrect and I don't see an end to this headache.
