MixTelemetics Dissapointment

I am sad to say that the service that I have been receiving from Mix Telematics together with their fitment agent Chilligan Auto, the past few weeks has been very unprofessional. I have scheduled appointments three times in the past for them to install tracker units in my vehicles. Everytime, it has been a no show and hasn't even been the decency to call me as the customer, it has always been me who has had to do a follow up.

Today was last straw because when I called Mix Telematics I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes. When eventually I did speak to Travis, first he tells me my account has no cases logged on it, I further gave him the Case number and all he did was give me the fitment centre's contact numbers...The same ones I've been calling for the past these weeks! So.basically, what I was being told, was 'Call the place yourself, I'm not doing it for you' 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️. Mind you, this is all happening at my own cost and at the end of this month I will still to endure a high debit order from them because of *********** and unprofessionalism.
