MixTelematix ******** and Worst Customer Sevice

In 2020 I got an email asking me to make a matual payment because the debit order didn't go through for some of other reason, so I made payment but typed in the amount wrong(R469 instead of R69) . So I over paid MixTelematix/Beamme and the debit order went off aswell. So since then, 2020, I've been trying to get hold of them to either reimburse me for the amount paid or for the debit orders that were still going off as per normal every month after. I spoke to two consultants via Cele phone and email (*** and a Simon). I sent them my bank statement and all the details they requested but never heard from them again. This year I drew my credit report and saw they blacklisted me for non-payment of my account after I changed my banking details. I tried to contact them again for the past 6 months but still no one gets back to me. So addition to taking more money than they were supposed to take from me, they went ahead a messed up my credit record when I did absolutely everything I could correct the matter and they did absolutely nothing accept ***** and damage my credit record.
