Mixtelematics...what a joke.
I have had a tracker installed in my Totoyota Quantum a few years ago and have recently tried to buy a car and a negative rating pertaining to Mixtelematics popped up. 1st off...getting hold of you is a nightmare..your agents drop the call and are unhelpful. 2nd,You don't debit the account whose details you were provided with when I signed up. Now due to the above, I have been handed over ...to which debt collections agency 🤔 I don't know. Tried calling you this morning more than once and had the call dropped on me, more than once. I just want to pay my debt and cancell the tracker.
