Mixtelematics/Talksure Pathetic service

I was contacted by an agent from Talksure, whom sold me a Mixtelematics tracking unit on the 10 September 2024. The unit was fitted on the 11 September 2024 by a technician whom was most helpful and efficient. Since then no contact from Mixtelematics, I am unable login to the app and I don't even know if tracking unit is working. In turn I called the Mixtelematics call center and spoke to Gugu who could not understand or assist me. She had the audacity to then keep quiet on the line and transfer my call back into the queue. This is pathetic service now, what will happen if my vehicle is hijacked or ******. 😠 😡 If I do not receive any assistance from Mixtelematics or Talksure within the next 24 hours I am canceling this contract.
