MixTelematics useless

This is the most ***********, useless, indifferent company I have ever dealt with. the agents refuse to help, the accounts department refuse to help. The agent's ignore queries and refuse to provide manager details. I receive letters of demand even when my account is paid up. I am handed over even when my account is paid up. My account keeps getting listed with the credit bureau even when I am paid up. At one stage, the only place I could get assistance was on Twitter! DO NOT EVER USE MIXTELEMATICS. THEY ARE *********** AND INDIFFERENT AND COULDN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
