Mixtelematics sold off my paid up and closed account to 3rd party called Nimble and it’s affecting my credit profile

The worst car tracking company ever and I would like to edge anyone not to use these ****mers.I cancelled my account with them because they were just never offering any service at yet they keep deducting my money.I cancelled my account and received notification of cancellation and they forwarded me to Rasimaholdings because apparently i owed them a cancellation fee.Rasimaholdings(Collecters) contacted me and gave me a 50% discount and I settled the amount on the 20 February 2025 and they advised that they do not provide paid up letters I should contact Mixtelematics for that which I didn’t yet they never provided it.Months went by and the account showed closed on credit bureau so I didn’t worry up until I get a notification 2 months ago that my account has been handed over to a company called Nimble so basically Mixtelematics sold off a paid up account to another 3rd party company to collect money that was paid up in Feb already and it’s affecting my credit profile.When I called mictelematics one of their unprofessional and rude agent told me I need to send of payment which I did and then she went on to claim that they didn’t receive communication from their collector (RasimaHolding)and that’s not my problem they need to deal with their service providers not me.Funny thing i know that Rasima did send them communication it seems like it’s a normal things that Mixtelematics to to make more money I’m a *****ulent way. I was asked by their consultant to send the proof of payment again and explain my story which i did and received the Case number (***5) and to this day I have not received any communication or feedback and my last resort will be to take them to the Ombudsman if they don’t fix this mess because they are messing up our lives and they need to be punished for it.I saw similar complaints meaning it is a normal occurrence.
