Mixtelematics/Matrix chaos that you cannot cancel

<p> I tried to cancel a R70 policy - Protect Service - which was supposed to provide me with notification about license expiring and other features in May, no one would answer my emails. I tried again the next month, to no avail either. I eventually phoned and the woman who took the call told me she was cancelling with immediate effect last month, and today I got an email with an account that I have been charged for it again. Simultaneous to this a while later I received an email saying they are cancelling my vehicle tracking system immediately and a questionnaire asking why I have left their tracking division. </p> <p>If no one knows what is going on in each department I warn any prosepctive clients who want to install Matrix that this is not a company you want to deal with. You can only be as sorry as I am that I began any contracts with them, they are a sheer chaos.</p> <p>Dont take out any policies with Matrix or mixtelematics, once you are in the system you cannot get out of it. </p>
