Mix telematic is a ****, I took a contract last year around November 2021 and they quoted something we didn't agree upon, when I query they kept on deducting a debit up until I sold the car but today on 4 Oct 2022 the tracker is still active even after I have sent cancellation letter . Now they have taken me to lawyers for unpaid debit order , but they can't provide me with the recording of the sales , I have disputed from Jan 2022 to date nothing In my view they underming blacks because even their white or coloured agents are very rude ,
