I did lay a complaint with ombuds before sending a message to you

I have canceled my tracker of R99.00 called the beame due to I lost my job on 15 August 2024 and my Vehicle aswel I asked the female consultant if there are asking to charge me a fee if they I do decide to cancle the tracker she said no there's no fees I can cancel at anytime I did not notice at first that I've been debited more than once in a day for R99.00 until I take a look at my bank statement I've been charged R850 or more every month due to after mixtelematics debit off 3 or more times off my account on the same day they also try until when the funds are withdrawn from my account for my other expenditures like groceries rent ect (please do note after their one debit of R99.00 they try another 3 or 4 times maybe more which leads to a high cost of bank charges that I pay) I laid a complaint to ombuds unfortunately they closed the case I then sent proof of what mixtelematics is doing on my account

Please could you assist me due to I lost alot of money from the time that I started dealing with them I want all my money back and all the debits which failed after they successfully debited me off once I want them to pay for all those charges I have lost thousands of rands for these past few months

I want them to also remove me off their system
