MIxtelematics and Matrix Vehicle Tracking recurring call center blunders !

Hi there, I was recently contacted by the Durban branch of the mix telematics call center. They contacted me offering vehicle tracking, to which i very politely declined. They then called me again at 13:17 asking to speak to an unknown third party. upon questioning the consultant said that she thought i was another unknown party (lets call him party B) and that i said to call party A back in 2 minutes. I then advised her that if my number was being called back for a 2-minute recall then someone on her call centre staff is fabricating results as the call would not be marked as a "decline of services" or "no contact", but rather a "call back". I advised her to contact her Dialler administrator to look into the possibility of fabricated wrap ups of her call centre team. She mentioned that all calls are recorded and i thanked her also asking for her location. She confirmed this and added that they are not actually Matrix Vehicle Tracking but rather MIxtelematics who are calling on behalf of Matrix. I asked her to remove my number from her system to which she rep****: there are no guarantees for this. My problem is 1) That i would dearly like my number removed from any and all databases (held or sold). And 2) i have no business with either aforementioned Companies -nor do I require or want any Business with them. These calls are becoming a bother and I am going to post this very same text into a Hello Peter Complaint. I think that Mixtelematics is bring the name of Matrix into Disrepute, and that both businesses are embarrassing themselves by contacting me with not a clue as to what is going on. Please make all attempts to remove my number from your respective systems as soon as possible.
