Their admin is a disaster and they take 5 months to respond with information you request but are very quick to threaten you legally and badger you with threats to list you on credit bureau. Total incompetence. They cheat long standing clients by advising them they have to upgrade devices due to obsolescence - but this is a **** to get a new 3 year contractual commitment from you without telling you. They continue to debit your account with premiums without having a contract in place.
