I don't remember when and where I signed a contract with these guys, I phoned them to ask what am I covered for and they mentioned my car so I continued with them. Years later I lost my car and I sent them an email to cancel my contract several times via their website form but I never received their email, statement nor service phone call even once ever since i was contracted with them and now they say i owe them R914. Please help Peter, these guys are coning people.

10 Jan 2019, 16:36I finally received my first 2 phone calls from Mixtelematics who is apparently now Matrix Beame Tracker today thanks to Peter but unfortunately we did not reach a conclusion, he hung up on me. I'm hopeful for a return call.
