Mix Telematrix -Poor Service - Struggling to do Cancellation
Have been struggling since 1 October 2022 to remove a vehicle from my account. This after numerous e-mails (which was acknowledged and case numbers been allocated) , phone calls to customer services , cancellation department etc.
Continuously been transferred and eventually just been cut off. Now on the 6th of January 2023 , I am still paying for this vehicle and are extremely frustrated and just do not know what else to do.
This is the first time ever that i publish something on hello peter , which just shows my frustration of this business.
