Mix Telematrix not adhereing to contractual termination clause as system does not allow it
Beware of the cancellation clause in the contract, it states 20 workings days. I gave notice 14 Feb which counts to 13 Mar, however they charge for the full month yet the cancellation does not refer to a calender maonth which would be in effect from 1 Mar. Their response is that the system does not allow pro rata payments and therefore charge the full month. They are unhelpful and will not see their error. Hence i will not recommend them and / or renew a tracking device for the new vehicle.
