Mix Telematix Service Sucks
I sold my vehicle in June 2019. I informed Mix Telematics telephonically about the sale. I still get SMS's stating that Mix Telematics are going to hand me over to the Credit Bureau for non payment. I have phoned them several times and I have send them emails requesting them to please stop my account. Still I get SMS's from them that I must pay immediately to stop them from handing me over to the Credit Bureau. I beklieve that I did everyting as requested by them to cancel my account, but they arenot going the extra mile for the customer. If I could give a negative star it would have been -10

The request for cancellation however does not absolve you of the returned debit orders for the months of March – July 2020.

Once the arrears are received the matter will be concluded.
