MiX Telematics/Beame deducts after confirmed cancellation

I gave the required 20 Days notice on the 30/07/2024 and recieved an email confirming the cancellation but still got deducted on 01/09/2024. I've called their Customer Care line only to be put through to a Cancellation Department that does not pick up , called the 2nd second time and spoke to a consultant who said she'd call back but never did.
