This is the typical example of good service signing you up, but once you are in their net it is virtually impossible to get out again. I have been trying to cancel the subscription with them since Feb 2021 but the debit order still went off in June despite several calls and emails. They are so shrewd that they keep on changing the "title" of the debit order to make it impossible to cancel. It is impossible to speak to someone in their Cancellation department as no one picks up the phone. It is very clear that it is a strategy from them to make it impossible to cancel your subscription. Stay as far as possible away from them as they are a bunch of ****** busy with ********/********** activity. It is actually shocking that short term insurance companies recommend them to their customers.
