Mix telematics:bad service

I have a problem with this guys my contract with the company expired in February March I called in to confirm when was the contract expiring and they told me that it expired feb and they deducted I did everything the told me to do but they haven’t cancelled the contract,I called in last week Thursday and I was assisted by a lady Goodness she said she’s the team leader,I must say the lady was so rude to me and I’m not surprised that they haven’t canceled the contract now it reflects as I’m in arrears and I don’t owe them anything
