Mix Telematics Worst Debtors Department ever

Worst service ever from Debtors department. You email debtors department to query why the debit order is not being deducted as per arrangement. They do not respond, the next thing you get an sms that your account has been handed over due to none payment.

So someone is not doing what they get paid for for, and i get to suffer. Debtors email address of Mix Telematics is as good as useless. They take their precious time to respond to emails.
