Mix telematics useless and dishonest

I have been with this company for more than 5 years and had 5 vehicles with them, after being hijacked my tracker was damaged and I had tried for about 2 years to get that tracker repaired or replaced but no joy, I ended up sending an email threatening to cancel my contracts which were already running on month to month basis, one morning I tried to log in and couldn’t when called tracker I was told my contracts had been cancelled, I called to find out why because I had not sent an official letter cancelling, I was called once and told someone will call me and I have been waiting for more than a month now. I am very disappointed after having recommended my family to these ******, at 1st they were very good but I am glad I now know their true colours. Mr Munyai ***
