Mix Telematics - USELESS!
Sent an email to the cancellation department on 20/09/2021. Requested a cancellation, with confirmation. Did not receive anything. Sent an email on the 22nd, requesting another cancellation, with confirmation, and received nothing. Tried calling the cancellation dept on the 23rd, but the phones just ring. Sent another email on the 23rd and yet again, NO RESPONSE. So at this stage, I have vehicles on my profile that I no longer own and they will add to my billing......
