Mix Telematics unavailable
I have been trying to get hold of Mixtelematics but to no avail even the hijacking option doesn't work and I wonder what would happen if I was ever in a position where I was hijacked and needed their urgently. I paid my account for December and Jan on the 21st of December but my account is blocked! Can't get hold of any of them.

30 Dec 2022, 12:12My issue was not resolved. Your agent was super rude. The payment I made on the 21st of December is not reflecting on my statement and my account is blocked. I've sent numerous emails but no response from you guys. Your lines are never answered when I try to call.
