Mix Telematics Unauthorized debit
Wow. I have been battling with Beame. Firstly, I cancelled the contract in October 2022. Thereafter I was only emailed confirmation of cancellation, Alas Feb/Mar an agent tells me they will blacklist me for outstanding payments I reversed the debit orders for Jan and Feb. The rude agent told me I would be blacklisted and was entitled to pay because they have a backlog in cancellations.
Firstly customers are meant to give you a months notice which I did your staff shortage issues shouldnt have a bearing on me!!
The drama continues. I settled the outstanding funds in May they deducted a premium without MY PERMISSION. I emailed them and as usual I was ignored,
Your service is shocking.
Never get Beame their app is awful and their service is just as awful.
