Mix telematics thievery efforts & pathetic services.
What a bunch of *******. People, do not use this company. Ince u signed a stop/debit order, u will not be able to stop these pathetic ******* from trying to debit your account. In my wifes case, after several.calls and mails and.promises to resolve and repay het money, these useless bunch now threatens her that the account will be handed over to collectors. Let then do that, we will see these thieving nonsense in court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH.

Nothing has changed since this report uo to date 03 May 2023. They did make contact and also promised to resolve and do credit refund. Since that mail from them and this reply, Mix Telematics HAS NOT finalized anything. We still waiting for the "APPROVED" credit refund to take place.

Just a follow up on the Customer Care Department's reply of 18 April 2023:

08 May 2023, 14:56Today is 08 May 2023 and yet, this bunch send an sms to inform us that we need to make an urgent payment! People, u really need to wake up before using this company's products. After all the calls and mails from them with their empty promises, the have the audacity to send us such an sms demanding payment. This interaction we had with these people raised red flags as to their ability to run a company. Pathetic is such a nice word to describe their services. I can think of much better words, but not allowed to use them. For the record, I will also put this on all out groups and media platforms. Really pathetic and this company needs to lose customers until their doors close or an 100% u-turn in actual customer serviice occur.
