They are often exceeding all my lowest expectations as I have been struggling in vain to get any response from them over the past 6 months. In addition to ensuring that they match the worst out there when it comes to poor customer service they also diligently seek new and inventive ways to ***** your premiums from you under the guise of actually providing a service. If anyone out there who still would like to get a vehicle tracking company to offer them a decent service then Mix Telematics is most certainly NOT your first and should not even be an option. Their COO / Cancellations and customers retention departments are all utterly ******* at doing their jobs therefore you can sure that their vehicle tracking department will likely be of the same quality as the rest. Just another South African front company willing to lie in order to ***** your hard earned money.
