Mix telematics stinks

<p>I cancelled my Beame unit as I sold my vehicle. When I tried cancelling, I was told my Mix telematics that I agreed to a 24 month contract and that I cannot cancel. I have to either pay the cancellation fee or continue with the contract. I have asked for the voice recording on numerous occasions to hear at what point I had agreed to the 24 month contract which Mix telematics have yet to produce.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then just cancelled the debit order and paid the cancellation fee as it was becoming a nightmare to get hold of any one at this place.</p> <p> </p> <p>2 months later I now get a call saying that I still ow them some money. I queried as I cancelled in advance and paid the cancellation fee, so whats the problem now.</p> <p> </p> <p>To get answers is such a task as they dont respond, they dont answer the phone and they simply cannot prove that I had agreed to this contract. I would highly recommend not dealing with this company.</p>
