MiX Telematics - STAY AWAY!!
What BAD Customer Service!!! I bought the policy based on the fact that the license disc renewal is included and that once the time comes they will contact me for the disc. I have been following up this entire month of February 2023 and each time the agent says they will call me. Now my disc expired yesterday 28 Feb 2023. I called AGAIN and now all of a sudden it was not included in the policy. I asked for recordings of the conversations I had and NOTHING!! They lie and they cheat their clients into buying services they DO NOT deliver on.

I stopped my debit order, and now all of a sudden I get a message if I do not pay it will affect my credit score. I CANCELLED the service!!! So is there anyone actually working at this company?? Or is it just very *********** people?
