Mix Telematics - Stay Away !!

26 Jan Mix Telematics installed a tracking device in 3 of my vehicles. When I asked about the additional services I had with the competition, I was told I will get everything which was untrue. 30 Jan i send an email to cancel the agreement 31 Jan I speak to Alice Tsotsetsi, she deactivate the app does the cancellation and assures me everything is cancelled and no debit order will hit my bank account. They pass the debit order and I stopped it. I emailed her on the 1st March as a result of payment reminders, she responds 4 days later to tell me a credit note takes 20 days. I email her back to fix the issue with no response. 13 March I get a threatening mail to pay. I have cancelled in line with the CPA and colling off period but because of the inabillity of an individual Mix telematixs cannot fix there own issue they created. I have send and email to the CEO, Alice the collections team but no one comes back to me. Avoid this company rather pay more but then you are sure of the service you will get.
