In February 2020 I installed a Beame Tracking Device in my Volvo. My Account Number : 976840 (For Cancellation - Your Case Number Logged ***9)

Unfortunately, Covid struck in 2020 and our contract on the mine ended December 2020.

Since then, I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to cancel my agreement with Beame/Mix Telematics.

They were successful a few times to deduct their monthly fees from my banking account and has been sending me e-mails, demanding payment.

I rep**** to their e-mails by sending them my initial e-mails requesting cancellation of the agreement. They don't even respond to my e-mails, instead, I get e-mails and sms' demanding payment.

I rep**** that they must summons me before court, where I will expose them to the media as well as the whole of South Africa. I am still awaiting the summons.

Here is a list of people I have e-mailed. (Beame rep**** that they only supply the product, but Mix Telematics is the service provider.) PS. I hope you have better luck contacting these people and getting a response from them, than I did.

I will NEVER do business with them again and I will NOT recommend them to anyone EVER! Poor service and even poorer after sales service! That goes both for Beame AND Mix Telematics!
