Mix Telematics REFUSE to call you back, keep transferring you so that you give up when you call them! Emails go unanswered
These people are bullies. I want the tracking device removed from my vehicle because my term is up but someone went ahead and renewed it!!! I phone and phone and phoneand nobody answers, I have been doing this for a month now. I stopped my debit order and now I get threatening smses ? This is absolutely disgusting! I send emails upon emails but NOBODY RESPONDS!!! GET THIS **** OUT OF MY CAR AND LEAVE ME ALONE!!!
