MiX Telematics poor support
Just moved my tracker to Mix Telematics. What a useless bunch! The tracker unit is faulty and I got several text messages to this effect from Mix Telematics, Called their Support number several times with no answer at all and no call back. This has been going on for more that 2 weeks. I will also report this to my insurance company that recommended them in the first pace.
