Mix Telematics = poor qaulity
Guys you rather pay the extra R50 or 60 rand and swop over to netstar or tracker, I have had endless issues with this company. The delayed response to query issues, cancelations and return of funds which they have double debt your account for. I literally sat on the phone for approximately 30minutes (not peak times) and still with no success. The accounts department is unhelpful and don't care about the client. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY on mix telematics, choose wisely
