Mix-Telematics not tracking
The lack of service from Mix-Telematics was utterly disappointing. The auto-replies, no human contact, the unprofessional, unresponsiveness, and the indifference to my concerns. Even calling their "Hijacked" line yielded the same robotic frustration. The overall experience left me frustrated and regretful. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone.
