Well the comments already made are spot on, I have been paying for more than a year, tried to call, tried to get email response..NOTHING today I got through, guess my Beamie does not work, I must pay callout fee really..I want my money back. SO I PAY FOR NO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD COMPANY
