Mix Telematics Matrix Vehicle Tracing needs to be SHUT DOWN

Is there an institution that protects us consumers against companies like Mix Telematics. Vehicle was sold in 2019 and contract terminated. After four months the debit orders was back. Could not retrieve recording log of cancellation. Written cancellation done to no reply received. Duplicated debit orders that was stopped and disputed with cost to myself as FNB could not assist with this blatant "theft". now after 5 years of disputing this, Mix Telematics has invaded my credit profile as BAD dept. Unexpectable business practice.

After placing above review on 2025/12/02 i received a call from Matrix on the 2025/12/03. I was informed that they are using a new server and that would look into my case and would get a call back the next day. Needles to say, the call back never happened. Today i received an update on my Experian credit profile. Matrix had the alleged amount outstanding removed from the adverse information entry on my profile, but the entry of written off dept remains.
