Mix Telematics Matrix Tracker POOR CUSTOMER SERVICpathetic etic
Terrible service I logged a request to change my tracker from existing vehicle to another vehicle, as I sold my vehicle. Since October 2022 mix telematics been billing me for 2 vehicles and yet I only own 1 vehicle.
Quick to fit tracker on new vehicle however still billing me for old vehicle I do not own.
Spent atleast 30mins or more talking to their consultants and assuring me it will be canceled...but yet I still got billed for it in Jan 2023 Case number ***5
